An attractive detached holiday home in Portugal
Casa Cançoneta is a detached house on the small eco holidy park Quinta das Cantigas in Portugal.
The combination of stone and wood used for the walls and ceilings of this home add to the home’s ambiance. The house is about 60m2 and has 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a living room with an open kitchen. It can accommodate up to 6 people, as one bedroom has a great bunk bed!
The spacious private terrace
You sit outside freely on the covered terrace with outdoor stove. A cozy red wall around the terrace secures your privacy to the common garden. There is a dining table and of course a BBQ. In front of the cottage you will find another seat and lounger in the sun.
Through the communal garden you get to theswimming pools, playground and our indoor sports and games hall.
The attractive decoration of the vacation home
From the common garden, you enter the cottage from the front or back via your own private terrace. Atmospheric with colour, natural stone and a kitchen in typical old Portuguese style, but of course you have a modern gas stove. The open kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, dishwasher, Nespresso / regular coffee machine, toaster, etc. The bathroom is spacious with walk-in shower with fine water jet, sink and toilet.
The living room has a sitting area with a 3 seater sofa and 2 easy chairs, a cozy dining area. In addition, 1 bedroom with a double bed (160 × 200 cm), 1 bedroom with a double bed (140 × 200 cm) with a double loft bed (140 × 200 cm) above it.

Suitable for year-round stays
Casa Cançoneta is suitable for year-round stays. The climate here is temperate with many hours of sunshine in the winter months. The lovely interior space is great for “living and/or working”. The air-conditioning cooling/heating system provides additional pleasant comfort. Besides, even in winter, barbecuing outside during the day is a great activity! The climate here is pure enjoyment!
Facilities
- A high-speed wireless Wi-Fi network is available free of charge. Bring your own devices, apps and casting device or HDMI cable for streaming from your mobile etc on the larger screen available.
- You have private parking for your car behind your vacation rental.
- Filter coffee and Expresso cup machine, Hairdryer, Fridge, Microwave, Oven, Private BBQ, Dishwasher are also provided.
- For heating/cooling the house, you can use the air conditioning in the living room. A mobile heater can be placed in the bedrooms. Usage is at cost price.
- You can use a common freezer and washing machine
