A comfortable holiday house
Casa da Tapada, a large detached holiday home, is equipped with comfort and privacy. It is located on a small eco holiday park Quinta das Cantigas. The large holiday house (about 100m2) is suitable up to 6 people and with the connecting studio (35m2) for up to 8 people.
So if you come with 2 families with children, many friends or a family holiday with grandpa and grandma; the studio be very useful! Or do you want the large house with all the comforts and space just for yourself….the studio is not rented separately.
The spacious private terrace and the garden
The garden is located at the front of the house and provides plenty of privacy. You can sit comfortably on the veranda of the house, on the covered terrace or in the sun. There is various garden furniture, sunbeds and of course a barbeque. The mandarin, peach tree and the huge yucca provide sufficient shade and a Mediterranean atmosphere, a hammock should also not be missed.
If you walk around the house, you will enter the shared garden and the swimming pool .
There are all kinds of activities to experience on and around the holiday resort, try the mountain bike ! Or drive out to enjoy the surroundings .

The extra studio
Extra is the adjacent studio, accessible via the kitchen or from the outside via the private terrace. Here you will find another spacious bedroom with a double bed (180×200) wardrobe, cozy sitting area and a private bathroom with shower, toilet and sink.

Casa da Tapa is an extremely suitable accommodation for year-round stays. In summer, you live outside in the garden in complete privacy, the house generally stays cool inside. The lovely interior space is fine for “living and/or working”. The heating provides additional pleasant comfort. Besides, even in winter, barbecuing outside during the day is a great activity! The climate here is pure enjoyment!

- A high-speed wireless wifi network and a monitor are available free of charge.
Bring your own devices, apps and casting device or HDMI cable for streaming your mobile etc. on the larger screen present. - You have private parking for 2 cars with private driveway and gate of your vacation home.
- Filter coffee and Expresso cup machine, Hairdryer, Fridge, Microwave, Oven, Private BBQ, Dishwasher are also provided.
- For heating of the house, you can use the central heating in the living room and bedrooms, a gas stove in the studio and the wood stove in the living room. You can use the heating at cost price.
- You can use a common freezer and washing machine
