A lovely detached vacation home in Portugal
Casa no Pomar is a detached house on the small eco vacation park Quinta das Cantigas in Portugal.
It is built in L-shape and is about 85m2 in size. A holiday home for up to 5 people. The detached accommodation has 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, a spacious living room with open kitchen.
The name “no pomar” means “in the orchard”. You overlook fruit trees such as orange, pear, apricot, mandarin, plum and peach.
Enjoy the spacious private terrace and garden with privacy
You sit outside on the terrace in the middle of the beautiful garden with fruit trees. The terrace is partly covered, so you can sit in the sun or prefer the shade. You have plenty of privacy on your terrace and you look out into nature. There is a spacious dining table, a lounger and sitting/lounging sofa, of course a barbecue.
From your terrace you can plan your sporting activities, a visit to a monastery nearby, think of a spirited ride on the mountain bike but after reading the information leaflets, still prefer one of the many beaches!
If you walk around the house, you enter the common garden and the heated swimming pools.

The fine and complete furnishing of the vacation home
From your private terrace you enter the living room of Casa no Pomar, a beautiful detached holiday home at the Silver Coast of Portugal. The living room is furnished with a comfortable sitting area and large dining table. The living room has sliding doors leading to the terrace and a wood stove for cozy and warm spring and fall evenings or winter days. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped, such as a dishwasher, refrigerator, oven/microwave, espresso machine, coffee maker, toaster, sandwich maker, kettle.
The bedrooms are also on the ground floor and can be reached from the living room. An attractive master bedroom with a double bed (160×200) and a (children’s) bedroom with a bunk bed (90×200) and a single bed (90×200). Both bedrooms have a wardrobe.

Suitable for year-round stays
Casa no Pomar is suitable for year-round stays. The climate here is temperate with many hours of sunshine in the winter months. The lovely interior space is great for “living and/or working”. The air-conditioning cooling/heating system and wood-burning stove provide additional pleasant comfort. Besides, even in winter, barbecuing outside during the day is a great activity! The climate here is pure enjoyment!
Facilities
- There is a free high-speed wireless wifi network, no TV but there is a screen.
Bring your own devices, apps and casting device or HDMI cable for streaming your mobile etc. on the larger screen present. - You have private parking for your car next to your vacation rental.
- Filter coffee and Expresso cup machine, Hairdryer, Fridge, Microwave, Oven, Private BBQ, Dishwasher are also provided.
- For heating/cooling the house, you can use the air conditioning and the wood-burning stove in the living room. This will be at cost price.
- You can use a common freezer and washing machine
