What a wonderfully large accommodation
Casa Palmeira is a large and luxurious accommodation on the small eco vacation park Quinta das Cantigas in Portugal.
It is the largest accommodation in the main building of Quinta das Cantigas, which consists of 3 vacation apartments. It is an attractive spacious holiday apartment of approximately 110 m2 and suitable for up to 6 people.
On the first floor you will find a large kitchen, spacious living room with dining room with an adjacent outdoor lounge terrace spanning the entire width of the living and dining room. The view is on the playground, forest and mountains. On the second floor are 3 spacious bedrooms and a nice bathroom.
Enjoying the spacious private terrace
You sit outside on your private terrace looking at the beautiful cork oaks and mountains. Through the vegetation you can see the playground but you have plenty of privacy. This is guaranteed by the fine set up of the various holiday accommodations at the small holiday resort.
The terrace is large (35m2) and gets a lot of sun and has attractive shade cloths. There is a spacious dining table, various lounge sofas for relaxing and reading and of course a barbecue. It is very pleasant to stay here!

The complete and pleasant furnishings
From the common garden, you enter the kitchen through your spacious private terrace. The open kitchen is modern with plenty of cabinet space and fully equipped . The living and dining room are ensuite, separated by sliding doors.
In the dining room you will find a large wooden table made from a local thick pine tree and you sit on nice comfortable chairs. The living room is spacious and has, among other things, a nice lounge sofa and a characteristic wood stove for warm evenings in spring and autumn or in winter. From the living room you enter the spacious outdoor terrace through French doors.
On the first floor there are 3 attractive bedrooms. One with a double bed (160×200) and 2 with 2 single beds (80×200). There is generous closet space. The bathroom is spacious and modern with a bath, separate shower, toilet and sink.

Suitable for year-round stays
Casa Palmeira is suitable for year-round stays. The climate here is temperate with many hours of sunshine in the winter months. The lovely interior space is great for “living and/or working”. The air-conditioning cooling/heating system and wood-burning stove provide additional pleasant comfort. Besides, even in winter, barbecuing outside during the day is a great activity!
The climate here is pure enjoyment!

- A high-speed wireless wifi network and a monitor are available free of charge.
Bring your own devices, apps and casting device or HDMI cable for streaming your mobile etc. on the larger screen present. - You have private parking for your car close to your vacation rental.
- Filter coffee and Expresso cup machine, Hairdryer, Fridge, Microwave, Oven, Private BBQ, Dishwasher are also provided.
- For heating/cooling the house, you can use the air conditioning and the wood-burning stove in the living room. A heater can be placed in the bedrooms. A mobile air conditioner is available on the bedroom floor. Usage is at cost price.
- Filter coffee and Expresso cup machine, Hair dryer, Gas stove, Wood stove, Refrigerator, Microwave, Oven, Private BBQ, Dishwasher are also provided.
- You can use a common freezer and washing machine
